Laura has been our realtor for the purchase of our 1st and now 2nd home. I am so appreciative to Laura for being there for my family and I as we searched through this extremely challenging market. She was very responsive and was open to different ideas and ways of being more competitive. Laura was personable and understood my family's wants and needs. She looked out for my family to ensure we were keeping our "eyes open" and not missing items that were important. She was my sounding ground when I got overwhelmed and offered encouragement and support every step of the way. Laura understood the market and the area that we were looking. She was full of recommendations and suggestions and always provided a positive approach to all situations (which was definitely needed!). I highly recommend Laura Jarrett as anyone's realtor! Without Laura, I wouldn't be typing this review from the back patio of my dream home. I had the pleasure of having Laura as my realtor for the past 14+ months. Given the intense competition in the housing market, we placed multiple offers until finding "the one". Laura was a candid and constant voice in reminding me not to settle for less. And, she was right. Thanks to her fantastic relationships and skillful negotiation, I was able to find a new construction opportunity that I didn't initially think would fit my budget. She made sure it checked all the boxes and more. She was also a great support throughout construction and selections process. Laura is a valuable partner, hard worker, and is incredible at what she does. I feel lucky to have worked with Laura and highly recommend her to those looking to purchase a home.

Laura is amazing!! She really knew what would be a good house for us! She started with us through all the ups and downs. She thought outside the box for ways to help us. She truly cares about you as a person. I’ll never use anything else! She cried with we when you got the house! She’s just a wonderful person to work with. Knowledgeable, honest, caring, & responsive

We highly recommend Laura for all of your real estate needs. She did a great job throughout the entire selling process, including staging our home with some of her own items, developing a smart marketing/pricing plan to obtain the best offer possible and offering advice throughout the inspection and closing period.
